Your responsibilities
Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for challenging and exciting projects in the field of beam instrumentation for particle accelerators? Then seize the opportunity! Join the CERN Beam Instrumentation (BI) Group and be part of the team working on the study and development on the next generation of beam instrumentation across the whole accelerator chain.
The SY-BI-ML Section is in charge of the development, electro-mechanical design, construction, installation and maintenance of instrumentation created within the broader SY-BI Group.
The position will be focused on the failure analysis of edge-welded bellows, which are key and critical features of several equipment.
