YOUR CHALLENGE
- Representation of Financial Accounting as part of Core Banking replacement and Finance programme: Ensuring the Financial Accounting related aspects are accurately represented and configured in the Core Banking implementation
- Impact Assessment Financial Accounting: Gathering of business requirements for Financial Accounting applications resulting from the Core Banking implementation
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve overall process map
- Change Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in large scale transformation programmes in the banking industry
- Strong experience of financial accounting principles and banking operations in particular regarding financial accounting system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools
- Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Corporate Actions) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets
- Familiarity with other Finance business areas such as management accounting and regulatory reporting Solid understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Exchange-traded Derivatives) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets and Finance
- SAP S/4 HANA related certificates are a plus
- Hands-on and delivery focussed
- English language skills is a must, German not but beneficial
