YOUR CHALLENGE
- Representation of Management Accounting as part of Core Banking replacement and Finance programme: Ensuring the Management Accounting related aspects are accurately represented and configured in the Core Banking implementation
- Impact Assessment Management Accounting domain: Gathering of business requirements for Management Accounting applications resulting from the core banking and markets implementation
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Management Accounting domain
- Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Change Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in large scale transformation programmes in the banking industry
- Strong experience in management accounting and banking operations in particular regarding finance system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools
- Strong understanding of processes and requirements regarding cost allocation, P&L generation, products profitability calculations and cost & profit center accounting
- Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Corporate Actions) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets
- SAP BW/4HANA related certificates are a plus
- Hands-on and delivery focussed
- English language skills is a must, German skills not, but beneficial
