Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation projects in UiPath. This role requires a strong understanding of RPA life cycles and experience in overseeing projects that integrate RPA and AI via Machine Learning Models, Gen AI and Document Understanding capabilities.

What you'll do at UiPath

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects using UiPath
• Drive adoption of AI-first and ML-enabled automation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts for successful delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business KPIs.
• Report progress to executive leadership.
• Guide the customer thought the automation journey from documentation to move-to-production.

What you'll bring to the team

• 5+ years in project management; 2+ years managing RPA initiatives.
• Arabic proficiency
• Experience with UiPath project delivery, preferably in AI-augmented environments.
• Familiarity with Agentic automation principles, Gen AI tools, and Machine Learning in automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
