As a Staff Engineer Post-Silicon IP Verification and Qualification you will support this by post-silicon qualifications of embedded IP blocks (SRAM, ROM and E-Fuses) and will work in a mutually supportive, international and diverse team. In your new role you will:

  • Become a broad liner, connecting pre-and post-silicon verification
  • Engage in the post-silicon verification and qualification of digital and analog IP components (SRAM, ROM, ADC, and further basic building blocks)
  • Derive models to simulate circuit aging and enable DfR to improve product competitiveness
  • Continuously work on improving the verification and qualification methodology to ensure high quality and reliability standards efficiently
  • Perform verification and qualification tests, evaluate results, summarize in qualification reports and present to internal stakeholders

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry with focus on post-silicon verification, qualification or test engineering
  • Basic understanding of circuits and deep understanding of semiconductor reliability mechanisms
  • Knowledge in statistics and different types of distributions, failure rate calculation etc.
  • Experience with analog / mixed signal simulation tools
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-confident presentation of results to international cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with multiple groups as a team member
  • Fluent English language skills
