About the Role:
The AI Incident Intelligence Response group is responsible for BigPanda’s response capabilities, helping organizations to automate and accelerate their incident management, with improved triaging, remediations and agentic automations.
We're looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to be a key team player and help us shape the future of the NOC operation, taking active part in architecture, design, and implementation of new and existing features. You will be solving challenging problems and leading the practice of advanced debugging and diagnosing complex systems. Your environment will be full of talented peers with whom you will build performance-efficient, highly scalable, configurable, and available distributed services.
