Position Title: FPGA Engineer

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Engineer with extensive experience in high-speed digital design and system integration. This role involves working in a classified environment alongside a multidisciplinary team of hardware and software engineers to develop cutting-edge networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement RTL for high-speed networking applications.
  • Develop custom IP cores and integrate third-party IP into complex FPGA designs.
  • Achieve timing closure across multi-clock domain systems.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams in a secure, classified setting.
  • Lead FPGA implementation, optimization, and support verification and debugging processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field).
  • 7+ years of hands-on FPGA development experience.
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog and RTL design methodologies.
  • Deep expertise with Xilinx and/or Intel FPGA toolchains.
  • Strong experience in high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with network security applications and protocols.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Tcl.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in digital design.

Technical Skills:

  • Languages & Tools: Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, Python, Matlab, C++
  • Platforms: Xilinx, Intel FPGAs
  • Domains: Digital Design, Hardware Engineering, High-Speed Interfaces

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
