Amazon Connect is an easy-to-use cloud contact center service that helps businesses of all sizes deliver superior customer experiences at lower cost. The Interactive AI and Engagement team plays a foundational role in Connect's mission -- deliver amazing experiences that anticipate intent and solve customers' needs before they ever ask. As a Senior Product Manager, Technical, you will own and execute the product vision for user experiences across Amazon Connect's workspace and end-customer-facing applications, including seamless collaboration between human workers, AI agents, and end customers. You will drive product strategy and patterns that enable both Amazon Connect teams and partners infuse agentic AI capabilities into our user experiences, while maintaining high quality and consistency standards. Working at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world business challenges, you will partner closely with engineering, AI, and design teams to reimagine both customer self-service and contact center application experiences. This role will appeal to product leaders with a keen focus on building delightful application experiences and a desire to define the future of human-AI collaboration in enterprise applications.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
