Amazon Connect's Identity, Configuration, and Resiliency team empowers customers to configure highly reliable and compliant global contact center solutions. The team provides capabilities for configuring and managing user access, permissions, and contact center resources through Amazon Connect's website and public APIs, and enables customers to operate highly resilient contact center workloads requiring the highest levels of availability through geographically redundant systems. We're support the foundations that customers depend on to keep their contact centers running, day in and day out. As a Senior Product Manager - Technical on the Amazon Connect identity, configuration, and resilience team, you will drive the vision, product strategy, requirements, and definition of key aspects of the product portfolio with a focus on launching features that simplify how Connect customers configure and govern highly resilient contact centers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
