About the Role
We&rsquore looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to support our revenue cycle function. This person will be instrumental in: ensuring that we are billing accurately and reimbursed in a timely fashion from clients, payers and health plans.
This individual will report on the financial health of our business by investigating data trends and manipulating data as needed. They will work cross-functionally to strategize and implement policies and procedures that not only improve reimbursement but also improve the user experience, and assist our revenue operations & strategy team scale.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the consulting, startup, or healthcare fields, who is interested in understanding the mechanics of healthcare reimbursement and financial reporting. We are looking for a motivated team member and owns the day-to-day revenue cycle management responsibilities, enjoys working cross-functionally, and who is also comfortable reporting on the financial stability of our business to our leadership team. If you are someone who can wear multiple hats, is a self-starter, and is passionate about improving the financial health of the Hinge Health revenue cycle and business as a whole, this could be a great role for you.

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $73,600 - $$110,400.
