We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. This hybrid role requires working onsite at our Dallas location two to three days per week, based on business needs.

Responsible for providing initial and on-going IT (Internet Technology) Help Desk support for all Team Members either working at the clinics or from home.

How you’ll make us better:

  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Deliver excellent communication and customer service in all interactions.
  • Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, chat, or the ticketing system queue.
  • Communicate technical issues in an understandable way to non-technical staff.
  • Document all employee requests, incidents, escalations, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure all pending tickets and customer communications are updated at least once every 7 days.
  • Collaborate effectively with IT team members, management, and end users.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the Patient Management System.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, hardware deployment, and access management via Active Directory.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment.
  • Participate in special IT projects and initiatives as assigned, in addition to daily support tasks.

Your special skills:

  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, or (Azure AD).
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and basic networking.
  • Basic multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to actively listen and understand information verbally and in writing.

Prerequisites for success:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six (6) months previous Help Desk experience required; one (1) year preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and remote desktop applications.
  • Relevant technical certification (COMPTIA A+, Network+, and/or ITIL) preferred.
