The Mayo Clinic IT Radiology AI, Data & Development unit is seeking a talented and motivated professional to contribute to the advancement of Radiology Artificial Intelligence initiatives. As part of the Framework for AI Software Technologies (FAST) program, you will join scientists, engineers, and clinicians to turn prototypes—including generative-AI and large-language-model solutions—into secure, cloud-native applications that enhance patient care.
In this collaborative role, you will analyze requirements, develop robust software applications, and validate integrations with clinical systems. Success is built on experience with Python coding, modern cloud platforms, machine learning, and medical imaging. Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, FHIR, Google Cloud, and Epic integrations is especially valuable.
Responsibilities:
A Codility exam will be required as part of the interview screening process for this position.
This is a full time remote position within the United States. Mayo Clinic will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position including F1 OPT STEM.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; Or an Associates’ degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with an additional 2 years of experience as described below.
