Job Description

As a Working Student at Infineon, you will be responsible for the daily operational supporting tasks within our Requirements Configuration and Change Management team. You will have the opportunity not only to interact with the internal team, but with the external developer teams as well.

In your new role, you will:

  • Provide support for data pre- and post-processing in our corporate IT platform
  • Maintain a knowledge database with textual and graphical content
  • Manage access rights to ensure secure data access
  • Maintain the configuration setup of the product development project data
  • Create and sustain weekly reports using dedicated reporting tools

Your Profile

You want to develop yourself, learn how to work in an agile style within a professional environment, and with high quality.

You should be highly organized, analytical, and motivated, with excellent communication skills and a desire to work in an international team. You coordinate your efforts with the efforts of the team members

and are curious to learn new things!

You are best equipped for this task if you:

  • Are currently studying Business Administration, IT, Physics, or Engineering. You must have at least three semesters completed in case of Bachelor’s studies
  • Are highly motivated to learn about Change management activities and Tools, with a strong sense of self-initiative
  • Have knowledge of IT tools, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Have practical experience in setting up, using, and maintaining reporting systems and databases (e.g., Tableau, Access, MS Office)
  • Previous work experience through internships or student jobs is a plus
  • Have a very good command of English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
