How You'll Make an Impact

  • Analyzes processes or disruptions, identifies weak points, develops solutions and supports implementation and participates in work groups / projects, and moderates meetings and workshops
  • Proposes, plans, and drives continuous improvement projects
  • Implements Artificial Intelligence solutions into everyday work process
  • Creates real changes and helps each person understand and adapt to those changes
  • Drives and supports harmonization activities
  • Consults other business functions (Marketing, Sales, Bid Management, Procurement, Engineering, Project Management) on opportunities for engineering improvements at a global level

What You Bring

  • Bachelors of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline or related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a lead engineer, program manager, solution architect, or other role requiring continuous follow up
  • Preferred background in continuous improvement or LEAN programs
  • Preferred background in proven implementations of artificial intelligence projects
  • Preferred background in the Oil & Gas and Process Industries as well as related standards (i.e. API, IEC, NFPA, etc.)
  • Cost out and development experience for a product in Oil & Gas is preferred
