This role will directly support the enablement of our Pre-Sales Solution Engineers and Post-Sales Technical teams (Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers), helping them stay on the cutting edge of automation technology and customer engagement strategies and develop their soft skills to enhance their customer facing activities.
