POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Growth Engablement Manager is a pivotal role in accelerating our firm's organic growth through managing and executing the Bluespring Wealth Partners organic growth strategy. They will be responsible for project managing the growth blueprint initiatives and delivering results and analysis on each program. Additionally, they will focus on empowering the organic growth team to perform at their highest potential by supporting them with the tools and resources needed for achieving the organic growth goals.
This role partners with the organic growth team and Kestra leadership to implement and execute on the organic growth initatives outlined by the Head of Strategic Growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this role successfully, the individual must demonstrate personal ownership of all aspects of the role to create positive results, including:
Strategy Delivery and Execution:
- Lead the implementation of Bluespring Wealth Partners' organic growth strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage and coordinate growth initiatives, projects, and programs from inception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and KPIs for each initiative to track progress and success.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of growth projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of each initiative, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on data, feedback, and changing market conditions to optimize results.
- Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track the impact of growth initiatives.
- Conduct deep analysis to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks related to organic growth efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine the growth blueprint and maximize ROI.
Team Empowerment & Enablement:
- Support the organic growth team by identifying and providing the tools, resources, and training needed for success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the team.
- Act as a bridge between leadership, marketing, advisory teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for growth initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive progress and resource sharing.
Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Partner with Bluespring leadership to implement executive reporting on the organic growth blueprint.
- Regularoy review progress as tracked together with the leadership team. Refine long-term strategy and priorities.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)/ scorecard for penetration of horizontal value - added capabilities across the portfolio, regularly reporting progress to the executive team.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and long-term strategy.

- Strong ability to develop project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and oversee execution to ensure timely results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate communication, and foster alignment across diverse teams.
- Ability to motivate teams, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to interpret financial data, AUM trends, and key performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Capability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through disciplined project management and initiative oversight.
- Comfort handling shifting priorities and rapidly adjusting plans based on data, feedback, and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating concise, impactful reports and presenting to senior leaders.
- Proactive approach to identifying barriers and implementing innovative solutions to accelerate organic growth.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 4-year degree;
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory services, or a related industry, with a strong track record of driving organic growth.
