Primary Function of Position

This role will be responsible for providing financial analyses and oversight to the functional executives of the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance (RAQA) organization, as they drive both strategic and tactical decision making globally.

Such responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, and developing insights on actuals for operational expenses, as well as financial modelling to help investment and project decision making.

This position will partner with the Operations and Product Business Unit FP&A teams to enable effective help of our manufacturing operations and regulatory affairs team.

Essential Job Duties

  • Responsible for tracking, examining, and reporting, including consolidation of financials, for the RAQA functions.
  • Help quarterly expense forecasts, annual budget planning, and month-end close activities, including oversight of direct labor headcount planning as part of the quarterly SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) process.
  • Drive recurring updates to the annual 3-year planning process to help functional strategy development and long-term efficiency initiatives.
  • Help the development of insightful financial models and dashboards to influence key business decisions.
  • Create and maintain operational KPIs for senior executives in accordance with functional strategies.
  • Partner and liaise with Product FP&A teams on relevant timelines and deliverable communication to ensure alignment and transparency between RAQA and product business units.
  • Proactively identify and execute process improvements by leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale
