For our electrical team, in the Technology department, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated electrical engineer who can take the technical lead in fleet cases regarding the performance and reliability of the electrical system in offshore turbines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Monitor information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files
• Participate as Technical lead on ongoing and new non-conformity cases – running in the 8D and technical fleet case framework
• Conduct root cause analysis of system failures at installed turbines and sub-suppliers
• Support development and trial assemblies of corrective solutions in installed turbines and at/with sub-suppliers
• Working collaboratively with the design engineers
• Provide mentorship to craft guidelines based on experience from the fleet
• Participate in monthly non-conformity status meeting with the Electrical Management team
• Support in design reviews of new design
• Ensure continuously improvement in regard to Non-conformity handling in Technology

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in design and validation of electrical engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct detailed failure analyses
• Dedicated and proactive attitude
• Good communication and presentation skills
• The ability to express themselves clearly in written and spoken English

The electrical team has the end to end responsibility for the electrical system in our wind turbines and are involved from the early concept development to optimization of the installed fleet. The team convers all electrical HV and LV systems.
