Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Product and Accelerator Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the ideation, development, and launch of products and accelerators that capitalize on our industry and process expertise. These solutions will be built on top of partner platforms such as AWS and Salesforce, delivering value-added offerings that empower our clients to achieve their strategic digital transformation objectives efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Operate the Software Product Engineering COE:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and establish the COE's scope, including its goals, objectives, and roadmap ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Design and implement the necessary processes, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software product engineering services.
- Solution and lead product engineering using latest and emerging technology stacks, Cloud Native architecture, DevSecOps, and Agile Delivery.
- Drive the design and delivery of AI-native, cloud-scale platforms using modular architectures, LLM orchestration frameworks, and modern cloud-native stacks (e.g., microservices, serverless, containerization, vector databases).
- Be the face of the company to represent our Product Engineering Services leadership in front of external executive stakeholders including partners, prospective clients, existing clients, vendors etc.
- Work closely with business units/verticals to evangelize scalable solutions & strengthen the value proposition.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, working closely with the pre-sales and account teams to develop strategies and proposals.
- Drive Client Engagement Delivery Strategy & Approach:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their software product engineering needs, challenges, and goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients and our engineering teams, on best practices, innovations, and emerging trends in software product engineering.
- Advise clients in the adoption of AI-native solutions by co-defining use cases, LLM integration strategies, and success metrics that align with both business value and responsible AI practices.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders including senior leadership, Account Delivery Leaders, Client Partners, and Operations Teams, to foster a client-centric culture and cohesive teaming environment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software product engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Drive the execution of product development plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and team members to shape account specific delivery solutions and team organization.
- Build, Mentor, and Lead High-Performing Product Engineering Delivery Teams:
- Build and lead high-performing delivery teams, including software engineers, architects, SDET testers, and other relevant roles.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, and a mindset focused on innovation, ownership, and consistently exceeding delivery expectations.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Establish, communicate, monitor, and measure KPIs and metrics that help measure quality of overall engineering services delivered, and engineering team productivity
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Drive Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software services product engineering.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
- Implement and optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software product engineering, with a focus on designing and delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-grade AI/ML product teams, with expertise in cloud-native architectures, modern APIs, and applied GenAI technologies like LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI observability.
- Well versed in Continuous Integration\Continuous Delivery practices.
- Strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse multi-national teams.
- Ability to lead in a complex, matrix environment with geographically distributed resources.
- Ability to work with others in a constructive and collaborative manner & influence resources outside of the immediate span of control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent skills in analysis, critical thinking and planning, oral and written communication, consensus building, facilitation, negotiation and the ability to readily learn new business domains.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in software product engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex multi-stakeholder software product engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and collaborate with practice, sales, delivery and various organizational lines of business and functions to drive success for her / his team to achieve business goals
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
