Summary:

  • Support the integration and testing of internally developed and COTS/GOTS hardware/software systems.
  • Planning, executing, and documenting comprehensive test strategies while working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and schedules
  • Integrate components, subsystems, and systems; resolve hardware/software interface issues
  • Define input/output parameters and functional/technical specifications
  • Analyze test data and create system-level evaluation reports
  • Document and resolve discrepancies; perform regression testing
  • Coordinate test efforts across internal programs and organizations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 9+ years of professional experience
  • Expertise in RF/Microwave systems and electrical measurement methods
  • Skilled in troubleshooting complex systems across software, instrumentation, and hardware
  • Proficient in engineering documentation (assembly/block diagrams, parts lists)
  • Experience in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action (CAPA)
  • Familiarity with deriving test requirements from system specifications
  • Strong collaborator and effective communicator across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Skilled in delivering technical presentations and trade studies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for reports, plans, and documentation
  • Experience developing and maintaining code in NI LabVIEW and/or TestStand
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
