Summary:
- Support the integration and testing of internally developed and COTS/GOTS hardware/software systems.
- Planning, executing, and documenting comprehensive test strategies while working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and schedules
- Integrate components, subsystems, and systems; resolve hardware/software interface issues
- Define input/output parameters and functional/technical specifications
- Analyze test data and create system-level evaluation reports
- Document and resolve discrepancies; perform regression testing
- Coordinate test efforts across internal programs and organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 9+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in RF/Microwave systems and electrical measurement methods
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex systems across software, instrumentation, and hardware
- Proficient in engineering documentation (assembly/block diagrams, parts lists)
- Experience in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action (CAPA)
- Familiarity with deriving test requirements from system specifications
- Strong collaborator and effective communicator across multiple teams and disciplines
- Skilled in delivering technical presentations and trade studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for reports, plans, and documentation
- Experience developing and maintaining code in NI LabVIEW and/or TestStand
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
