You'll be contributing to the forefront of semiconductor technology, including cutting-edge nonvolatile memory solutions like MRAM and RRAM. Your main focus will be to assist our leading customers in delivering state-of-the-art products that have a transformative impact on people's lives.
Job Responsibilities
Your work will enable chip innovation possible by developing and optimizing all aspects in the pre-silicon design flow, including:
1. Develop memory IP and compilers targeting AI applications optimized with TSMC process.
2. Develop test chips to validate the memory IP.
(1) Conduct rigorous testing to ensure reliability and scalability of developed solutions.
Responsibilities for developing memory test chips and IP include:
1. Conduct circuit design or RTL coding.
2. Perform design verification.
3. Review and verifying layout reports.
4. Prepare design reports.
5. Collaborate on test chip implementation.
6. Assist with silicon characterization and reliability qualification.
7. Contribute to front-end and back-end design kit generation.
8. Analyze and debug silicon data.
9. Provide technical support to customers.
Job Qualifications
1. A Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in circuit and logic design for embedded memory technologies. Experience in compute-in-memory or AI algorithms is considered a strong advantage.
3. Proficiency with EDA tools and expertise in design methodologies for custom or digital design in the field of non-volatile memory.
