CentraCare is seeking a qualified Audio Visual Systems Engineer to join our team! This role is responsible for set up, configuring, programing, and maintaining systems such as cameras, microphones, control systems and video conferencing codecs. Manages ordering and install of Audio Visual equipment. Serves as Audio Visual project manager for construction/remodeling projects for CentraCare entities. Responsible for research, implement and maintain, television programing and hardware with program vendors. Supports Simulation Center Technology and AV System to include programing, maintenance and repair. Supports and administers CentraCare's digital signage system including touchscreens and other types of displays.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
- Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm
- Occasional off hours and weekends for installations
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $71,677.41 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary range: $71,677.41 - $107,559.93 per year
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in audio visual technology, or a bachelor's degree in information technology, or 3 years of experience working with audio visual systems or engineering and integration required.
- Working with small electronics and professional A/V setup and cabling, with an emphasis in Cisco Telepresence Video, Audio and Presentation Systems required
- Experience working with computers, tablets and smart phones (Apple and Android) required
- Video Recording Cameras and Systems experience required
- Knowledge of Video and Audio Editing Software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro required
- Electronic Mechanical aptitude and Crestron Control Systems are required
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) Certification required within 2 years from hire
- CET (Certified Electronics Technician) Certification required within 3 years from hire
- CTI (Crestron Tech Institute) Certification required within 2 years from hire
- A valid Minnesota driver's license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage is required
- Experience working with and troubleshooting Cisco Telepresence Systems and Microsoft Teams Conference equipment/application or equivalent system preferred
- Operation, setup and programing of Crestron and Extron controllers, routers, receivers and transmitters preferred
