Job Description

As a Sr Advanced Project Engr here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage advanced engineering projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop project plans and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
