Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, prepare, and execute engineering experiments related to high-precision dimensional measurement tools.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret measurement data to evaluate tool performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the development and validation of new metrology methods and measurement processes.
  • Work primarily in the production line environment.
  • Identify project risks and issues proactively. Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
  • Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Communicate deadlines clearly and follow up on deliverables to keep projects on track.
  • Gather and summarize data to support project decisions. Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate project performance and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Optic, Optical Metrology, Physics, instrumentation, or related field
  • The internship period must be at least 4-6 months

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge in optical metrology
  • Self-confident and able to work independently

SKILLS:

  • Skills in Python programming and image processing in advance
  • Skills in Data analysis by application
  • Skill in make animations and presentations
  • Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (Written and listening).
