Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in Project Management, Bio Industry (Product/Process/IT), Supply Chain Management, Sustainability in an Educational Establishment located in Europe

Language requirement: English, and ideally French

Other requirements:

  • A proactive and resourceful individual with good organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in digital transformation, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and contribute to evolving priorities within the department.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Processes: Familiarity with the journey from raw materials to final customer delivery.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Analytical mindset to gather, interpret, and utilize data from various sources.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
  • Proactive and Resourceful: Self-starter capable of taking initiative and managing tasks efficiently.
  • Interest in Innovation: Passion for digital transformation, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility: Flexibility to navigate evolving priorities and contribute to dynamic projects.

Start date: September 2025

Duration: 6 months

Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?

Based on the topics on going in the department the internship subject could be adjusted with your sensibility and or your study and the need of the company. There can be 3 potential areas: Digital cold chain projects / transversal support / sustainability.

Project Management – Digital & operational Cold Chain Projects

  • Drive or participate in the evolution of cold chain processes.
  • Collect and analyze data from key users across various sites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify technical solutions.
  • Coordinate, support, or monitor deployment activities.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the project team.

Transversal Support

  • Manage Project status and portfolio management in the team
  • Assist local or global operations teams with specific initiatives.
  • Analyze business data to provide insights that contribute to project delivery and strategic decision-making.

Sustainability Initiatives

  • Implement and support the rollout of sustainability initiatives that drive environmental impact and corporate responsibility.
