About the Role

As a Senior Production Operations Director, you'll lead day-to-day production operations across a dynamic portfolio of clients—from Fortune 500 brands to fast-growing startups. You’ll drive cross-functional alignment and optimize workflows, ensuring high-quality content is delivered efficiently and at scale. In this role, you’ll champion operational excellence, streamline processes, and lead the adoption of AI-powered solutions to future-proof our production model.

This role is equal parts strategic vision, executional leadership, and innovation mindset—ideal for someone who thrives in complexity and leads with clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Production Operations across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of digital, transcreation, and integrated campaigns.
  • Define and improve Ways of Working to enhance cross-team collaboration, increase output quality, and enable scalability across accounts.
  • Oversee resource planning and capacity management, ensuring alignment with production demands while maintaining operational and financial health.
  • Collaborate across disciplines, partnering with Account, Creative, and Capability teams to deliver best-in-class content.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies, including workflow automation, training programs, and adoption strategies across teams.
  • Document and continuously improve production processes, applying lessons learned and industry best practices.
  • Manage production budgets and forecasts in collaboration with key stakeholders, optimizing costs and delivery speed.
  • Mentor and lead a core operations team, while influencing broader production groups that flex in size based on demand.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring operational resilience and a high standard of client service.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in production and operations within agency, studio, or creative production environments.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale content production across digital, print, localization, and adaptation.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end production workflows, from intake and briefing to delivery and QA.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and fostering alignment across departments.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in content production and enthusiasm for testing, scaling, and refining automation practices.
  • Excellent communication, financial acumen, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for innovation, systems thinking, and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
