About the opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and curious intern to join our team at Powerpay, reporting directly to the General Manager. This internship is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact special projects, primarily focused on pricing and bundling strategies, requiring research, data analysis, and marketing support.
You will gain exposure across multiple functions — collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams — while also attending strategic meetings alongside the GM. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical and commercial skills in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll get to do:
- Conduct research and gather competitive intelligence to inform pricing and bundling strategies.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Prepare clear and compelling presentations to support recommendations.
- Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to gather inputs and validate hypotheses.
- Attend key business meetings with the GM to gain firsthand exposure to strategic decision-making.
- Support ad-hoc special projects and initiatives that drive growth.
Skills and experience we value:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, basic modeling) and PowerPoint (storytelling, visual communication).
- Highly proactive and intellectually curious, eager to dig into problems and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across different teams.
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment.
