Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, test, debug, and implement software components, tools, and testing utilities for embedded system. This role involves ensuring that software requirements are efficiently implemented and monitored, generating software design and interface documentation, and actively participating in planning, standups, and retrospective sessions as part of a scrum team. As an individual contributor, you will apply your professional expertise independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software components and tools.
  • Test and debug software to ensure functionality.
  • Implement software requirements and monitor performance.
  • Generate documentation for software design and interfaces.
  • Participate in planning, standups, and retrospective sessions as part of a scrum team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years or relevant Software development experience
  • Proficiency in embedded software development.
  • Experience with MATLAB, including application development and debugging issues on MATLAB 2022b applications and above.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages for developing middleware software of Qt GUI applications.
  • University degree or equivalent practical knowledge gained through two to six years of experience.
  • Experience in Motor Controls.
  • Robotics programming expertise nice to have.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr.
