More about the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Business Unit and support the management team with its internal communication efforts. This role will support the management team in creating a compelling narrative for the business, effectively communicating strategy to all employees and stakeholders, and enhancing internal communication. The intern will play a crucial role in improving engagement and fostering a sense of pride among employees within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing internal communication strategies that align with the business unit's goals and objectives.
• Support the creation of engaging content that tells the story of the business unit, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and intranet updates.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights for communication materials.
• Help organize and coordinate internal events and meetings to promote strategy and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to the development of communication tools and resources to enhance employee engagement and pride in the business unit.
• Assist in managing internal communication channels and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proactive mindset (with a record of extracurricular activities)
• (Social) media skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Nice to have: experience in creative content creation (AI, Photoshop etc)
• Nice to have: external communication
