Supply Chain Intern - 009HJX
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Material Planner in tracking and managing project inventory.
Support procurement activities, including vendor communication and purchase order processing.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Help coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Participate in supply chain planning and forecasting activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve supply chain performance
Willing to work in Cikarang - West Java.
Education:
Enrolled in a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1)
Majoring : Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering Or a related field
Minimum: Semester 5 at the time of application
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or coursework in supply chain or logistics.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.
