This intern position offers the opportunity to work in a globally distributed team where you will get a unique opportunity of personal development in a multi-cultural environment. You will also get a challenging environment to develop expertise in the technologies useful in the industry. The day-to-day responsibilities will primarily include:

• Support the Resource, Project & Portfolio Management (RPPM) SaaS tool operations tickets
• Utilize software designer tools to configure changes for next release
• Run manual and automated scripts to test newly configured features and ensure no regression issues before releasing to production
• Investigate new roadmap items to evaluate for upcoming release(s)
• Document IT team runbook procedures

Qualifications

• Coursing computer Science, or IT related degree
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge in operating systems, UNIX & Windows platforms
• Experience with scripting languages like Shell, Perl etc.
• Experience with Version control tools like Subversion and Git/Gerrit
• Experience with web server administration (Apache, Tomcat) is a plus

As an IT Technical System Admin, additional skills are also helpful:

• Knowledge of using Sciforma designer UI and Visual Studio
• Ability to use Katalon and other similar test automation tools and able to setup monitors
• Able to create and maintain API scripts, for example, Java, Phython
• Working knowledge on ETL process, for example, SQL/Postgresql/MySQL/Teradata Warehouse and PGadmin
• Familiar with AWS, Confluence, Jira, Agile SAFe, TIBCO, PowerBI, Office365, Microsoft Suite
