About the Team:

We are dedicated to building a stable, efficient, secure, and user-friendly big data infrastructure and platform for the company, serving various business teams, data analysts, machine learning teams, BI teams, and more. Our team covers multiple areas including data collection, storage, computation, analysis, data development, production scheduling, data quality monitoring, and data mapping. We help business teams fulfill needs such as data reporting, monitoring, real-time data processing, and data analysis.

Job Description:

  • Assist product managers in the management and optimization of Data Suite (Shopee’s internal big data platform) related products;
  • Help collect and organize user requirements, and participate in product requirement analysis, feature design, and prototyping;
  • Assist in product documentation, product testing, data organization, and other daily operational tasks;
  • Help gather user feedback and participate in compiling suggestions for product feature optimization;
  • Learn and understand knowledge related to the big data industry, and support other ad-hoc tasks within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Proficient in SQL and office software;
  • Interested in big data, data platforms, and data products, and willing to develop in the direction of big data product management;
  • Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in work;
  • Able to intern at least 4 days per week, for no less than 3 months.
