We are looking for a Siemens Graduate Program Participant in Strategic Business Operations at Mendix, with a specific focus on:

• Operational Transformation
• Corporate Development
• Portfolio Strategy
• Cross-functional product and portfolio management

During this two-year program, you'll gain comprehensive exposure to strategic business operations at Mendix. You'll be involved in high-impact projects ranging from analysing potential acquisition opportunities and growth strategies to implementing OKR frameworks across teams. The program offers hands-on experience in portfolio management, strategic initiative execution, product-market fit optimisation, and AI-driven business transformation.

This is how you’ll win us over

Education

• A Master’s, Diploma or Doctoral degree in:
  • o Business Information Management
  • o Business Management
  • o Digital Business / Product Marketing / Strategic Design / Innovation Management
  • o Or a technical background (Computer Science/ Software Engineering) with strong business acumen

Experience & Skills

• You have demonstrated experience in:
• Strategic Operations, Strategic Business or Consulting
• Product Management, Portfolio Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 4 months of international experience (studies or internships)

Ways of Working

• You are a self-starter with a customer-first approach
• You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional, and international teams
• Comfortable adapting to different business cultures and agile environments

Languages

• Fluent in English
• Intermediate or fluent Dutch or German is a plus (not required)

Location: Rotterdam (with potential for global assignment)

Start Date: 1st October 2025 (we can offer some flexibility)
