Job Description
- Shape the future: You will assist in mapping and analyzing current business processes to identify automation opportunities, helping shape smarter and more agile operations
- Be creative: You will support the development and maintenance of process models, workflows, and business rules using BPM tools such as Camunda
- Focus on the future: You will integrate AI-driven solutions into process automation to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
- Take responsibility: You will contribute to coding and configuration tasks, ensuring seamless integration of automation processes with existing IT systems
- Teamwork is dreamwork: You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including IT, operations, and analytics — to align automation initiatives with project goals
- Keep the overview: You will document process flows, technical specifications, and best practice guidelines to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Lifelong learning: You will actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions focused on BPM and automation trends and innovations
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
- Work experience: You are familiar with business process management tools, and basic knowledge of Camunda, Appian, ProcessMaker, Power Automate or UiPath BPA platforms is considered a plus
- Skills: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are able to learn technical concepts quickly
- Interests: You are interested in process automation and curious about artificial intelligence applications such as machine learning and natural language processing
- Way of working: You communicate effectively, work well in teams, and are comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Personality: You are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute innovative ideas in a project-based environment
- Language skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is a plus

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
