As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Honeywell, you will have a crucial role in executing our demand generation strategies and driving opportunities and projects. Honeywell Security and Access Solutions, part of the Building Automation Division, specializes in cutting-edge physical security technology solutions, including access control, video management, and intrusion detection systems. Our flagship products, such as LenelS2 OnGuard and Honeywell ProWatch, position us as leaders in the technical security industry both in Europe and globally.

In a typical week as a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll embark on a week full of excitement and variety! Picture starting Monday in a lively team meeting - either in one of our modern offices, where the coffee flows freely, or comfortably from your home, wearing your favorite cozy socks. You’ll set the stage for the week by aligning on goals and celebrating some wins from the previous week.

As the week unfolds, get ready to roll up your sleeves! You’ll take center stage in workshops and demonstrations, showcasing Honeywell’s innovative security solutions to architects, planners, security consultants, and general contractors. Your hands-on approach and self-motivation will shine as you actively build and nurture a robust pipeline of future projects. You'll become the go-to expert, transforming floor plans, creating system architecture overviews, and guiding tender replies to show just how invaluable Honeywell's solutions can be.

Midweek, adventure calls, and you might head out for engaging field visits. These are perfect opportunities to connect directly with stakeholders, turning your deep knowledge into actionable solutions. Upon returning, you’ll collaborate with our dedicated team of application engineers, account managers, and distribution experts—ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks while demonstrating your knack for navigating the intricacies of tender and bid processes from start to successful completion.

Toward the end of the week, you'll make time for crafting top-tier support materials and perfecting engagement packages. As you wind down, don't forget to dive into some personal development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and taking advantage of our onboarding program, certification trainings, and continuous internal development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with architects, security consultants, and general contractors through in-person meetings, demonstrations, and workshops designed to showcase Honeywell SAS’s innovative solutions.
  • Plan and execute high-quality events tailored for these stakeholders, fostering collaboration and building trust.
  • Continuously develop and manage a pipeline of future projects, ensuring opportunities are effectively nurtured for sustainable growth.
  • Create and maintain engagement packages tailored to your audience’s needs, including tender nuggets and BIM databases.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities, remaining adaptable and ready to adjust initiatives based on feedback.
  • Balance travel to customer sites or remote engagements effectively under the flexible working model.
  • Utilize your comprehensive understanding of cyber security, OT security, physical security technologies, network technology, native, hybrid and cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to provide valuable, practical solutions.
  • Work closely with sales support resources to craft effective solutions and communicate compelling value propositions to the construction sector.
  • Track lead generation performance, ROI, and attribution through comprehensive CRM management.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in customer success, account management, or demand generation within a B2B environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a commercial domain with strong technical understanding or a technical degree coupled with commercial skills.
  • Existing ASIS, ISC² or similar certifications are a plus.
  • A proven track record of driving lead generation and managing pipeline growth specifically in the Benelux market.
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential, and French is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of physical security technologies, alongside proficiency in cybersecurity, OT security, and cloud solutions.
  • Experience jointly working on floor plans, system architecture overviews, tender replies and building design drawings.
