We make sure our PAM+ products are clearly and effectively communicated to our customers through a variety of materials - release notes, manuals, product overviews, how-to videos, and more. Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Take the lead on content for several products in our portfolio - writing everything from release notes and educational articles to video scripts and more.
• Regularly collaborate with software analysts, developers, product managers and other stakeholders to understand new features and turn them into clear, engaging content ahead of launches.
• Create a variety of high-quality content, including training courses, video scripts, marketing materials, and more.
• Periodically review and update existing content to keep it accurate and relevant.
• Work closely with the Content Development Team Lead and two other expert technical writers to ensure all content meets our high standards and is delivered on time.
• Contribute to Playtech Academy and look for creative ways to promote and support our products through the Academy platform.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices - and bring those insights into your work.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

• Have excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English.
• Have experience writing web articles and marketing-style content (bonus points for microcopy!), ideally for software products.
• Are naturally curious and confident asking questions, challenging assumptions, and breaking down complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
• Have an interest in writing video scripts, training courses, and similar content formats.
• Are proactive and full of fresh ideas, with the confidence to take initiative and move things forward.
• Are a team player with great communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Have a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to quality.
• Excel at multitasking and juggling multiple projects at once.
• Are detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Are passionate about learning and growing professionally.

• Experience producing content for software products
• Experience producing training materials, courses or videos
• Experience using AI tools smartly and effectively for content development
• Experience with the iGaming industry
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and/or Jira
• Experience with image editing tools (like Photoshop or Figma)
