Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Instructional Design

  • Collaborates with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to understand learning needs of target audience(s) and define success measures.
  • Create thoughtful and transformative learning journeys designed to build competencies and enhance learning retention.
  • Incorporates blended learning and adult learning principles, and selects the appropriate instructional mediums, including self-led programs, instructor-led programs, e-learning, and classroom settings to design engaging and effective end-to-end learning solutions.
  • Reviews existing learning solutions on a regular basis for quality assurance and to provide recommendations for improvement and ensure learning solutions remain up to date and relevant.
  • Prepares learning material, for example, facilitator workbooks, presentations, reference guides, and job aids.
  • Partners with Manager on CDI learning objectives and learning
  • Responsible for partnering with SME’s regarding editing, updating, and developing of HR-related learning content to include policies, WBT, and onboarding documents housed in the Learning Hub.

Digital Learning

  • Identifies and manages relationships with third-party vendors to support L&D programs.
  • Engages with vendors to establish and implement curriculum; monitors and assesses effectiveness of vendor developed programs.
  • Acts as a mediator for concerns pertaining to employee communications with vendors or outsourced employees.
  • Leverages relevant technology effectively and efficiently to increase customer experience.
  • Develops assessment tools and metrics to measure the impact of learning and measure progress against goals.
  • Ensures regulated and policy-related lessons or read & signs are up to date and assigned in accordance with appropriate regulations.

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3 years’ experience designing curriculum or instructional design using Articulate or other authoring tool.
  • 3 years’ experience leading small and large-scale projects.
  • 2 years’ experience with Learning Management Systems in a full administrator, class manager or instructor role.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft suite.

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Autonomous, self-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator with strong time management and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team-oriented, problem solver with excellent conflict management skills and ability to action constructive feedback)
  • Ability to travel as needed to deliver training (average 25%).
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English
