About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the P2P System Controllers team with Business As Usual (BAU) activities (User Management, Issue resolving, Report creation, etc.)
• Assist with regular Finance Controls related to P2P process
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Assist with processing Change Requests related to P2P process and systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Current students, recent graduates, or individuals at the start of their professional journey, with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Basic understanding of Change Management process
• Familiarity with of Finance and Procurement processes
• Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to learn.
• Coupa experience – nice to have
