Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all Learning & Organizational Development initiatives in Bangladesh.
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of employee on boarding practices including employee Induction Program for new joiners.
  • Responsible for all administrative activities in the headquarters.
  • Liaison with external agencies/associations with whom the company has dealings for business matters.
  • Promote and foster Avery Dennison’s employee engagement culture, aligned with global standards.
  • Actively participate in CSR initiatives and various employee engagement events.
  • Support with relevant market data on Labor demand/supply.
  • Assist in handling the disciplinary cases.
  • Assist in managing conflicting situations and disruptions.
  • Assist in formulating Employee Relation programs commensurate to business strategy.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization and process rationalization in all activities and systems.
  • Ensure timely communication and circulation of organizational announcements.
  • Responsible for any tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration preferably in HRM or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, as a HR/ Admin Executive preferably in a MNC.
  • Good analytical ability.
  • Well Conversant with Google Workspace, Canva and well versed with PPT presentations.
  • Knowledge of legal matters & Labor Laws.
  • Good command over English.
