工作职责：
1、 领导或参与公司重点新产品平台的构建，领导或支持平台产品设计、分析、制造工艺、测试等关键步骤的实施；
2、 按照公司产品开发计划，完成基础设计工作，负责电机产品电磁设计工作，包括磁路设计计算、性能参数计算和分析、仿真、热分析等，负责电机电磁方案的计算及优化；
3、 参与产品方案评审、校核等、会签等工作；
4、 负责或参与电机测试方案的制定以及试验跟随和数据收集、分析；
5、 负责工作设计文件及报告的编制、整理和归档；
6、 解决产品在设计、测试、制造过程中出现的相关电气问题；
7、 负责电机新产品开发及现有产品固化，通过收集信息，对新产品或新应用实施可行性分析，持续进行产品优化/标准化，以降低产品成本或提高产品性能；
8、 处理生产中出现的技术异常及为销售提供技术支持，按需求支持产品和应用部门与客户的沟通，按需求提供公司内其他部门所需的研发或产品信息；
9、 研究国内外永磁电机产品的技术发展方向，前沿技术开发。
任职要求：
1、 全日制本科及以上学历，研究生为佳，电机电器、电气工程及其自动化专业电机专业方向；
2、 五年或以上电机应用、设计和开发方面的经验；
3、 熟悉电机产品，包括永磁同步电机和异步感应电机，了解电机的相关理论、测试、制造工艺和品质控制等；
4、 了解工程分析和测试软件,包括不限于Motor CAD，Speed，Siemens LMS，Ansys Workbench，Ansoft，CFD Fluent，至少掌握一种有限元电磁分析软件；
5、 能够独立工作，且能带领团队完成项目里程碑交付任务，有项目管理技能和团队管理经验；
6、 具备客户成功理念，较好客户服务能力，较好的团队协作能力，良好的时间管理能力，良好的英语口语和读写能力。
