工作职责：

1、参与公司重点新产品平台的构建，协助平台产品设计、分析、制造工艺、测试等关键步骤的实施；

2、按新产品计划完成基础设计工作，包含电机产品的3D模型机工程图绘制；

3、跟进新产品的样机制作，协助处理制作过程中的问题；

4、维护新产品图纸及BOM；

5、协助完成新产品相关的前沿技术研究和验证；

6、按需求支持产品和应用部门绘制新产品外形图；

7、按需求提供公司内其他部门所需的研发或产品信息。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，机械或电机专业；

2、五年或以上电机机械、结构设计和开发方面的经验，特别是大功率工业电机开发经验尤佳；

3、熟悉电机产品，包括永磁同步电机或异步感应电机，了解电机的相关理论、测试、制造工艺和品质控制等；

4、熟练使用speed、CMM、Ansys等电机设计软件，良好的识图能力，熟练使用CAD、Solidworks、Excel等软件；

5、熟悉部分常用的金属材料及合金材料特性；

6、能够独立工作，且能带领团队完成项目里程碑交付任务，有项目管理技能和经验；

7、具备客户成功理念，较好客户服务能力，良好的倾听、理解、沟通能力，分析和解决问题能力，具备团队精神、良好的时间管理能力，良好的英语口语和读写能力。
