Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a DCS Lead Engineer with 16 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Emerson DeltaV and other DCS systems with a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain domains. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our processes contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of functional solutions using Emerson DeltaV and other DCS systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to ensure seamless operations and improved performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for system architecture and design to optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and processes to support ongoing improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in system functionalities.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into system designs.
  • Support the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies to support system development and maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Emerson DeltaV and other DCS systems demonstrating technical proficiency.
  • Have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain domains understanding industry-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Show a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
  • Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
