The Role
The primary purpose of the Global Systems Operations Specialist role is to support the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Systems who is responsible for the vision and overall direction of the Revenue Organization’s Salesforce instance, which is being rolled out to our global markets. This team is situated within the business and works very closely with our partners in technology and business stakeholder groups to bring impactful features and functionality to end users as well as prepare new markets for onboarding into our global systems.
This role is based out of the UK and will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Systems. It will primarily support Condé Nast’s Western European markets and may also interface with Condé Nast’s other markets as needed. Regular responsibilities include (but are not limited to) assisting with daily end user support/training, creating meaningful reports/dashboards, and collecting and documenting enhancement requests submitted by various business stakeholder groups like Finance, Sales and Ad Operations.
