About the role

In this role you will be driving Samsung’s digital marketing efforts for Consumer Electronics business division within the Baltic market, focusing on planning and executing impactful campaigns while optimizing performance and ROI. You will play a key part in shaping the Digital Strategy, ensuring alignment with KPIs, and delivering measurable results through data-driven insights and market analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance Samsung’s online presence across Samsung.com and partner platforms.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement digital marketing activities in the Baltic market.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide continuous expertise for improvements, tracking alignment with Budget plans.
  • Contribute to creating the Digital Strategy and deliver the agreed KPIs.
  • Improve ROI and drive CPA of digital marketing campaigns through measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance.
  • Drive ‘always-on’ traffic acquisition strategy.
  • Web content coordination – of the Samsung.com campaign visibility, landing pages, global and local content implementation, in close collaboration with the DTC division.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns, website, and company section on the Partner’s websites.
  • Coordinate additional Digital Marketing projects (e.g., Promotion App content management) and other digital project initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities (market sensing).
  • Track and analyze competitors' activities in detail, maintaining a category overview report and a competitors' activities dashboard.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Project Managers, Media and Creative agencies, Direct to Consumer Team Acquisition Managers, and other key players.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management

Skills and Qualifications

Key Competencies

  • Experience in Digital Marketing Management at least 3-5 years
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe, Google AdWords and strong Data Analytics skills is a must for an independent campaign analysis
  • Experience in digital media planning, KPI management
  • Grasp of social media, website metrics and best practices
  • Track record of managing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the expected standard
  • Precise, structured personality with ‘’attacking the work’’ mentality, always ready to provide key information
  • Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required, and work on a range of projects at the same time
  • Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing capabilities
  • Fluency in English and Latvian
