Senior Analyst, Store Operations & Financing Programs

The Senior Analyst is a part of our Store Operations team and will play a key role in executing and supporting financing programs and operational initiatives across our retail locations. This role focuses on cross-functional project management and the consistent execution of in-store processes tied to customer financing options, including Private Label Credit Cards (PLCC) and Lease-To-Own (LTO) programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives that enhance store operations and the customer experience.

What your day will look like:
- Serve as a project manager for financing program execution and related operational initiatives
- Act as a liaison between Store Operations, Finance, IT, and third-party payment providers to ensure smooth daily operations and issue resolution
- Coordinate with third-party financing partners to manage relationships and support the development and implementation of tactics that drive financed sales and customer acquisition/retention
- Support the development, rollout, and maintenance of store-facing tools, training, and materials for financing programs
- Partner with store and field leaders to identify execution challenges and implement scalable solutions
- Coordinate logistics and communication for seasonal transitions, promotions, and new financing program launches
- Ensure stores have the resources and direction needed to deliver a consistent financing experience for customers
- Contribute to process enhancements that simplify operations and improve store associate effectiveness
- Participate in performance and program reviews by gathering feedback and helping translate field insights into operational improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in store operations, retail support, or program execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
