Position Title: Digital Product Analyst (Order Management Services – Store Experience Enablement)
We are seeking a solution-focused Product Analyst to support the development and optimization of Bath & Body Works’ store digital experience. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our store associates have the right tools to sell, service, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate with store operations, technology, business and customer experience teams to define business needs, translate them into actionable product requirements, and work with development teams to implement enhancements. You will be responsible for supporting the full product lifecycle, ensuring the corresponding platforms are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business objectives while adhering to industry standards.
The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a passion for digital retail solutions, and experience working with store technology platforms such as point of sale, inventory control, and other task based applications.
