Responsibilities
Manage, execute, plan and lead operational audit programs and complex technology control assessments for Security, Emerging Tech & Infrastructure.
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with management and establish credibility as the go-to internal controls resource.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert on technical topics including product security, payments compliance, and emerging technology trends; contextualize a framework that will be incorporated into methodology and internal audit plans.
Manage a technology team of engineers and product managers to assess complex technologies and evaluate technology risk management capabilities and controls across corporate and production environments.
Collaborate with senior management and peers to develop and implement an audit program for technology and integrated audits.
Ensure and continuously improve the overall quality and consistency of audit work, adhering to department and professional standards.
Identify and develop audit techniques, including continuous auditing, data analysis, and monitoring using internal platforms and technology.
Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have four years of experience in each of the following:
Conducting IT and business process audits for technology companies in security, operational, financial and compliance risks;
Performing IT audits in compliance with Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards;
Performing gap assessments for technology companies against control frameworks, including Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO), or Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT);
Assisting teams with remediation of technology control gaps highlighted during financial assessments;
Auditing home-grown applications, using Oracle and SQL databases for assessing security and configuration controls; and
Managing and developing team to prepare IT audit programs, budgets, schedules, and expectations.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and International travel required up to 15%.

Salary Range: $320,000.00 per year
