The Locale: Chelmsford is a charming suburb of Boston located about 25 miles northwest of that city. Chelmsford is very close to historic Lowell Massachusetts and to Nashua, New Hampshire. Chelmsford is within reach of New Hampshire’s White Mountains and awesome ski areas to the north, and the scenic coastal towns of MA and NH are about an hour east. This scenic colonial region offers lots of New England charm, great schools, shopping, and restaurants.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or BS Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) accepted plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional engineering experience.
Extensive experience testing and troubleshooting RF subassemblies is required.
Experience with the use of microwave test equipment is required. This includes network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
Candidate must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance and be able to obtain at least an interim secret security clearance before starting the position, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
An MS in electrical engineering or closely related technical field is desired.
Significant relevant experience in the defense electronics industry is desired.
Expertise with RF subsystems and hardware including antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, advanced electronic modules, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits is desired.
Experience leading successful technical projects is desired.
Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques is desired.
Expertise with technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams and test data is desired.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
