Job Summary

As a Pre-Project Engineer, you will join a dynamic and flexible Sales and Project organisation that works closely with customers to deliver customised Ice Cream solutions.

You will play a key role in the early stages of customer projects by providing technical support through 2D and 3D drawings, helping to visualise and define solutions that meet customer needs. Our teams operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where adaptability and collaboration are essential.

This is a permanent position based in Aarhus.

What you will do

In this role, you will support both the Sales and Project teams by preparing technical and visual materials that form the basis for customer proposals and project execution. You will be a key link between commercial and technical functions, helping to ensure that customer expectations are met with high-quality, well-documented, and visually compelling solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Creating 3D models using CREO
• Creating 2D layout drawings using CAD tools
• Developing realistic and detailed product illustrations of ice cream products
• Collaborating with project managers, and sales colleagues to ensure alignment on technical solutions
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes in the pre-project phase

We believe you have

• A technical background, preferably with a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related field
• Experience working with CREO for 3D modelling and 2D CAD tools for layout and documentation
• A good eye for detail and the ability to create realistic and visually appealing product illustrations, especially of ice cream products like sticks, cones, and sandwiches
• A structured and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
