Your impact
Jacobs is seeking a skilled ServiceNow & Power Platform Developer/Automation Engineer for one of our project. This role will focus on configuration work for platform - built on ServiceNow, as well as leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to enhance our business processes and deliver data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize platform built on ServiceNow for applications
- Develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Create and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Implement best practices for data management, security, and performance optimization
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow and Power Platform solutions
- Stay current with the latest features and updates in ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform
Here's what you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and database technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Previous experience working on automotive industry projects
